I serve as a strategic thought partner for companies at various stages and sizes. My work spans and intersects the following categories:
People Strategy: I’ve advised C-suites across industries on people strategy, including roles and responsibilities for HR functions as well as specific people initiatives, advising on sensitive cultural issues and communications. In addition, I have hands-on experience building objective hiring processes, cross-organizational performance criteria, and mechanisms to evaluate hiring funnels. Internally, I’ve built performance management policies, employee handbooks, and hiring policies.
Organizational Strategy: I partner with organizations to create high-performance via annual planning, strategic initiatives, and KPI/OKR practices.
Product Strategy: I have hands-on experience building products in the Talent space and have advised early-stage teams on everything from feature development to building an early product vision.
Data Strategy: Often, I work with clients who collect data and don’t know what to do with it, or have a clear idea of outcomes they want to measure but don’t know how to get started. From data collection to analysis and presentation, I help clients build a data -generating system that stems from their unique goals.
